Our team and organisational structure
100x3 is rooted in a centralised, hub-and-spoke methodology, structured in direct connection with localised, user-connected project bodies. ‘Metro Mayors’ and local councils are proactively engaged with via regional project hubs overseeing pre-vetted construction partners.
Design, engineering, and sustainability, along with cost metrics, programme, and construction benchmarks, are standardised and managed centrally, allowing for efficiency and consistency to be passed on to the UK Government at each location through holistic procurement gains.
